Reservation Changes & Cancellation
To ensure smooth planning, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full waiver of charges.
- For cancellations made between 5 and 15 days before arrival, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation value will apply.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival are considered non-refundable.
- In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be retained.
Family & Children

- Children under 3 years old stay with our compliments.
- Children aged 4 to 7 years are charged at 75% of the regular adult rate.
- Children aged 8 years and above are charged at the standard adult rate.
