• Our journey departs at 7:00 a.m. from Hanoi’s frenetic metropolis to the province of Ninh Binh via a two-hour car/minivan ride. When we reach in Tam Coc, we’ll board row boats for a 2-hour voyage.
• Tam Coc means “three caverns,” and it refers to the Ca, Hai, and Ba caves. Three caves have created along the Ngo Dong river, which runs through the mountains. They have many lovely stalactites with varying calorific values. Tam Coc is famous for its panoramic views of the surrounding limestone mountains. Fields of locals lined the river’s two banks. The boatmen on the Ngo Dong river will carry you through the cliffs and rice fields.
• After lunch at a local restaurant, we will continue our Ninh Binh trip by motorbike, which is the ideal method to see the cultural and natural marvels of the Ninh Binh region. Sit pillion on the back of one of our expert drivers for a fun and safe ride around the neighborhood. The country road twists and turns with limestone mountains looming overhead as you journey around the back roads and breathtaking landscape. We also visit Thai Vi, a 1,000-year-old limestone temple. • Our Ninh Binh motorbike tour concludes in Hoa Lu, which served as Vietnam’s capital during the Dinh Dynasty (968-980) and early Le Dynasty (980-1009).
