Detailed Itinerary: Hue Foodie Motorbike Tour
Morning Tour: 9:30 am – 1:30 pm Night Tour: 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm, with hotel pick-up at a city center hotel.
Embarking on our culinary motorbike tour at Trang Tien Bridge, we traverse Vegie Market, capturing captivating photographs along the way.
Our first destination is Vietnamese Coffee, situated in a serene and distinctive setting ideal for discussing the culinary tour itinerary. A photo break on the motorbike offers insight into the daily lives of locals within and beyond the Citadel.
Indulge in Banh Khoai (Hue Pancake) and Nem Lui (Grilled Pork Rolled with Rice Papers) as our tour guide provides historical context for these gastronomic delights.
Embark on a 20-minute motorcycle ride to a local Kim Long family specializing in Banh Loc-Filter. Tantalize your taste buds with Tapioca Dumpling, Banh Beo-Small steamed rice dumplings with shrimps, Nam-Steamed Flat Rice Dumplings, and Ram It-Sticky Rice Dumpling on fried Dumplings. The presenter will demonstrate their preparation, and you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some exquisite samples.
