Your tour guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby at 8:00AM or 13:00AM and bring you to our Bicycle store to select appropriate Bikes. We’ll go for our trip once you’re comfortable with your bike and have received a safety briefing.

We begin our Hanoi city cycling trip at Long Bien Bridge, which represents the perseverance and resilience of Hanoians. This is also Hanoi’s oldest bridge, erected in 1902 by the famed Eiffel Construction firm. There will be opportunities to enjoy the panoramic vista of the Red River underneath. Our Hanoi Bike Tour continues via the calm banana and maize field on Red River Island, away from the crowded streets, where farmers raise vegetables and fruits. This agricultural island is close in the middle of Hanoi, yet few visitors get to see it.

Continue riding along the banks of Westlake, pausing to soak in the breathtaking scenery on the Thanh Nien road. A excellent site to see the difference between old and contemporary Hanoi, with the centuries-old attractive old area on one side and modern skylines on the other.

With a journey around a crowded local market, we immerse ourselves in the sights, sounds, and scents of our bustling metropolis. Then we’ll ride our bikes to Huu Tiep Lake in Ngoc Ha Flower Village, where an American B-52 bomber was shot down during the 1972 Christmas bombing. With our guide acting as a translator, we will visit a family house to learn more about Hanoian daily life and traditions.

This path takes us through significant city sites such as: Hanoi Flag Tower, which has been a symbol of the city for almost 200 years, Hanoi Opera House, 1000-year-old royal Thang Long castle, Ho Chi Minh tomb, Presidential house, Ba Dinh square, Tran Quoc temple, Truc Bach Lake…

Our trip takes us to the hundred-year-old Reunification train track, which runs through the center of Hanoi and is barely inches from from local families’ homes. This is a wonderful opportunity to immerse oneself in the hectic and fascinating local side of Hanoi. We’ll stop for lunch at a nearby restaurant to sample Hanoi’s wonderful food.
