Welcome to Hanoi Sightseeing Tours Led By Women. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking any tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team via Email or WhatsApp.
Submitting a booking request or inquiry does not guarantee availability.
3. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, tour prices include the services listed in each tour description.
Prices may include:
- Professional English-speaking guide
- Experienced licensed driver (where applicable)
- Hotel pickup and drop-off within Hanoi Old Quarter
- Entrance fees (if stated)
- Local food and drinks (if included)
- Helmet and rain poncho (for motorbike and Vespa tours)
- Transportation during the tour
Prices do not include:
- Personal expenses
- Travel insurance
- Tips or gratuities (optional)
- Items not specifically mentioned in the itinerary
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment
Payment instructions will be provided after your booking request is confirmed.
Your reservation may require full or partial payment before the tour date.
Bookings are not guaranteed until payment has been received when requested.
5. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is straightforward:
- More than 48 hours before the tour: Free cancellation with no cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 hours before the tour: 100% cancellation fee applies.
- No-show: No refund will be issued.
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
6. Late Arrival
Please be ready at the agreed pickup location at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
If you are delayed, please contact us immediately.
Our team will wait for up to 1 hour whenever possible. If we cannot contact you after this period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
7. Weather Policy
Our tours operate rain or shine.
We provide high-quality rain ponchos when necessary.
If severe weather creates unsafe conditions, we may reschedule or cancel the tour. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or another suitable solution whenever possible.
8. Tour Itinerary
We make every effort to follow the published itinerary.
However, routes, attractions, timing, or activities may change due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Road closures
- Government regulations
- Weather
- Safety considerations
- Local events
Such adjustments are made to ensure the best possible experience and guest safety.
9. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information.
- Following all safety instructions from guides and drivers.
- Respecting local customs, laws, and communities.
- Treating vehicles and equipment responsibly.
- Informing us of any medical conditions, mobility concerns, allergies, or dietary requirements before the tour.
Guests who engage in dangerous, abusive, illegal, or disruptive behavior may be removed from the tour without refund.
10. Safety
Your safety is our highest priority.
Our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained, and all drivers are experienced and licensed.
Guests must wear the provided helmet during motorbike and Vespa tours and follow all instructions given by the tour guide.
11. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical expenses
- Personal belongings
- Trip cancellation
- Personal liability
- Accidents
12. Limitation of Liability
Hanoi Sightseeing Tours Led By Women is not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Traffic accidents not caused by our negligence
- Road closures
- Civil disturbances
- Public health emergencies
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the tour.
Please check that you have all your items before leaving the vehicle or tour location.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
14. Photography
During the tour, our guides may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please let your guide know before the tour begins, and we will respect your request.
15. Website Information
We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, prices, itineraries, schedules, and tour details may change without prior notice.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and designs, is the property of Hanoi Sightseeing Tours Led By Women unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
17. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services should first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If no resolution can be reached, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
